Verrrry simple recipe today! These kiwi almond cups are absolutely divine. The kiwi centre is very jelly like, mixed with the dark chocolate it slightly reminds me of a Jaffa cake ?!

If you prefer peanut butter feel free to switch to it or any other nut butter! Same goes for the kiwi, if you’d like to use sliced strawberries or another fruit, go for it!



Makes 6 Cups
Ingredients:
- 125g Dark Chocolate
- 4 tbsp Almond Butter
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 kiwi (I used about half a kiwi so double the other ingredients if you don’t want to waste it. Or just eat it)
Method:
- Melt the chocolate and line your moulds
- Mix the almond butter and honey and spoon in to the mould
- Slice the kiwi to size and place on top
- With the leftover chocolate, cover the top of the filling
- Leave to chill
