Peanut Butter Strawberry Cups

A little twist on a classic! Two different chocolates and a fruity twist! Incredibly moorish it’s hard not to eat them all at once. A lovely crispy top and a soft juicy centre.

Measurements for this recipe are going to greatly differ depending on what tray you’re using but it’s pretty easy to eyeball this! I’m also using Whittakers dark Ghana chocolate and hokey pokey chocolate!

I’d say each of my cups came to 1 tbsp dark chocolate, 1 strawberry slice, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tsp ish of icing sugar and 1 tsp hokey pokey chocolate

Ingredients:

  1. Dark chocolate
  2. strawberries
  3. peanut butter
  4. icing sugar
  5. hokey pokey chocolate

Method:

  1. Melt your dark chocolate and line your tray, leave to set
  2. chop up some chunky strawberry slices and place in the bottom
  3. mix your peanut butter with icing sugar- 3:1 ratio. The icing sugar is optional I just prefer the flavour to be closer to Reese’s pieces!
  4. melt the hokey pokey chocolate and cover the tops of your cups
  5. refrigerate for an hour or so before eating
