Whilst I usually adhere to a gluten free diet (by choice), biscoff has to be my guilty pleasure it’s just too good!! This is an easy go to snack, super quick to make.






If you want to forego the coconut oil you can but the chocolate will be a bit harder. The chia seeds are also optional!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups dates
- 1/3 cup biscoff
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 90g dark chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- pinch of salt
Method:
- Split open the dates and lay out on baking paper
- Lay another baking sheet on top and press down to flatten the dates. This also helps them stick together a little
- Spread over the biscoff and sprinkle the chia seeds evenly
- Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave for 1 minute
- Spread the chocolate across the bark and sprinkle on a little salt
- Put in the freezer for 20 minutes before eating
